Read them together. High return with high DD is not equivalent to a Core profile.
Two presets, the same metrics.
Do not compare return alone. PF, DD, trades and risk sit side by side.
How much gross profit the test produced for each unit of gross loss. Above 1 means gross profit exceeded gross loss in that historical test.
The maximum decline observed from a peak during the backtest. It is one of the most important metrics for understanding the cost of return.
Relates return to variability. It provides context, but does not replace PF, DD or trade count.
The reports used indicate “100% real ticks” in the MT5 Strategy Tester. It is still historical simulation, not audited live performance.
